We have two kinds of sex dolls for our customers to order. One is made-to-order custom sex dolls, the other one is ready-to-ship in stock sex dolls.

Ready-to-Ship In Stock Sex Dolls

You could find all our ready to ship sex dolls here, these product titles are ended with country stock, like US stock, CA(Canada) Stock, UK stock etc. These sex dolls have been pre-made in our factory and sent to our global warehouse already. So no need to wait for produce and a long time shipping.

• For US customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our LA/Miami warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-10 business days after your order is placed. For premium US stock sex dolls, we offer pick-up service to our US customers, and they are stored in our LA warehouse and drive license is needed for identity check.
• For AU CA EU UK customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our  Australia/Canada/Germany/Spain/United Kingdom warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-10 business days after your order is placed depends on our location. No duty nor tax fee, we will cover them 🙂

Custom Sex Dolls

    Only available for US/EU/UK customers: Ship from our factory directly after the doll is finished, shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), SINO-EU Freight Train (EU/UK), or SINO-EU Freight Truck (EU/UK), which is cost-effective. This is one factor why we are cheaper than other $1000+ retailers.

    to US:
    Free Shipping. First, it is transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in HongKong port to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles, and then it is picked up by UPS (once your package is released and inspected, we will arrange for local shipping, your UPS tracking number will become active then) and sent to the customer’s address. Recently it takes 7-9 weeks around to deliver (recently there is a 14-28 day delay as congestion in Los Angeles port).

    Why Your Tracking Status No Update:
    After container ship approaches the LA port, it takes 1-2 weeks to line up to enter the port and then unload the cargo.
    The management department of the Los Angeles port will randomly arrange the unloading area for the container ship.
    There is a pick-up area and a waiting area.
    If the ship is arranged to be unloaded in the pick-up area, it can be picked up by our courier truck in about 2 weeks.
    If the ship is arranged to be unloaded in the waiting area, we have to wait for notification until approved to arrange our trucks to pick up the container. It will take about 4 weeks to pick up the containers.
    That’s the reason why there is a time period of no tracking update after arriving at US port.

    to EU:
    Shipping Fee is $100 & VAT free. It will take 5-7 weeks around to deliver after your doll was finished. No need to pay extra VAT.
    Notice – The tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not updated in 4 weeks, no worry, its fine.

    to UK:
    Shipping Fee is $120 & VAT free. Normally It will take 6-9 weeks around for delivery after your doll was finished. No need to pay extra VAT.
    Notice – Since September, a container crane at the Sino-Euro truck crossing has been damaged for more than a month, causing a large number of UK orders to be queued and delayed. Our express partner has transferred all UK parcels shipped out in September to another Customs clearance port at the end of October. For these orders, we are sorry to let you know that the delivery time to the UK may be delayed by 1-2 months, taking 3 months total. Now the delivery time to UK has been restored to 6-9 weeks
    *Sometime, the tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not updated in the first 5 weeks, no worry, it’s fine. 

  • to Other Countries:
    Standard Shipping is Not Available currently. You could choose expedited shipping.
• • Expedited ShippingAvailable for most countries except EU/UK, takes 3 – 10 days, cost $250 to $450 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL.
    For some countries like Canada, Australia you will need to pay for import duty no more than $30.
• Note
  • Sometimes, the tracking status in 17track will show as expired, just because the delivery time exceeds 60 days. Other than that, there is no other meaning. So don’t worry about your payment and products, they will arrive at your address later.
  • Once your doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
  • On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
  • The annual Chinese New Year holiday (1 week in February), International Labor Day (May 1-5), Chinese National Day (October 1-7) orders, production time, and shipping time will be longer because our sex doll factory and courier partners will have a holiday during this period.
